MBD is a large, local CPA accounting and consulting firm in Dallas, Texas. Rooted in fifty years of experience, our firm provides a full range of accounting and consulting services to a vast range of industries and service businesses of various sizes.


MBD has a proven tradition of helping our clients develop their own best ideas and implement them. Successful clients know their business and industry and look to us to bring a background which cuts across industry lines and focuses on issues which are not a usual part of daily activities. These issues include tax planning and projections, financial systems controls, computer systems, executive compensation planning, and estate planning for equity owners and their families. We also provide research and recommendations pertaining to the re-organization of emerging companies as they plan to take advantage of expanded opportunities.

Often our most valuable contribution is to be a catalyst to cause our clients to step back from the daily routine and think their own best thoughts in the areas which come to our mutual attention. We can highlight an area of interest by setting up a conference, drawing up an agenda and identifying the steps necessary to act. Our goal is to make each client as self-sufficient as possible in accounting matters.
